Matte Projects "The Penguin" HBO Pop Up

As a Production Assistant with Matte Projects, I supported the execution of HBO Max's immersive The Penguin pop-up experience, working alongside the production team to help bring the campaign to life. In a fast-paced, high-profile environment, I assisted the Producer with event operations, ensuring behind-the-scenes logistics were executed seamlessly while maintaining the elevated standards of both Matte Projects and HBO Max.

My responsibilities included organizing and inventorying merchandise, assembling curated PR packages for influencers and HBO executives, and managing the logistics of more than 500 giveaway items distributed to both invited guests and the public. This experience strengthened my ability to coordinate large-scale experiential activations, manage event logistics with precision, and contribute to memorable brand experiences through collaboration, organization, and attention to detail.
